2: APPLICATION

  • Pay the $155 application fee
  • Elementary applicants only: Please submit your child’s two most recent school reports to [email protected]

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, however families are encouraged to apply as early as possible (normally, before February 1) as spaces are limited. We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 school years.

Primary and Elementary-aged children typically join us in September in time for the beginning of the school year, with January intakes on a space-available basis.

3: ASSESSMENT (Elementary applicants only)
  • After submission of the application and fee, our staff will contact you to arrange a classroom visit to determine whether MSofC appears to be a good fit. During this visit, applicants integrate into the classroom environment alongside current students and work 1:1 with a teacher. These visits help us get to know your child and family better.​
Elementary applicants are invited to attend a full school day.

4: ADMISSION DECISION
  • The school will notify families via email of the admission decision, which is based on the application, classroom visit (if applicable) and available space in the program applied for.
  • Accepted applicants will receive an offer of admission and enrolment package.
  • Families submit the completed enrolment forms to the school and pay tuition fees as outlined in the Tuition Agreement.
  • New families are required to attend MSofC's New Enrolment Orientation evening in the spring.
